 Launched in 2003 , the eShriLanka portal is an initiation by Mr.Feradh Zain and managed by the Ossys Group.The portal is positioned as the one-stop for government and private services on the web and organised with the needs of the citizens and customers in mind. The end goal is to build a leading e-Nation, which delivers more convenience and benefits to all individuals who live, work and play in Sri Lanka.
